This is a great team to deal with. The app is easy to use and well thought out. If you are choosing between giveaway apps the customer service we received from this company has been excellent. You get a response within minutes of making a request and the team is always available to assist. Overall I highly recommend them.

Any day any night, Giancarlo has replied to my messages within minutes in most cases. I installed this on two stores and often run into roadblocks or have complete user error issues. Sometimes I panic when something is not working right away. Giancarlo has always replied promptly, corrected my issues, and guided me in the right direction.
This is a huge time and money saver as I don't need a new employee working on these issues.

Wow. I can't say enough good things about this app and the customer service I received while using it. ViralSweep handled all the details of my first giveaway. It made my contest feel professional and well-run, and enabled me to grow my email list by 4000 subscribers, my Facebook page by 700 followers, my Instagram page by 600 followers, and my Pinterest page by 500 followers. I even stopped advertising on FB after the first two weeks and it really did go viral! I had several questions, since this was my first giveaway, and I got immediate answers from Giancarlo. I mean IMMEDIATE. I will definitely be using this again!!
