Support was great! The interface is straight-forward and quite intuitive. Would appreciate a feature to send out emails to customers who had purchased before the promotion was set up. These customers were automatically entered into the promotion (sweepstakes/raffle). The system can't automatically generate email confirmations of their entry into the promotion (sweepstakes/raffle).
If you aren't using ViralSweep for your contests you are doing it wrong...Giancarlo is just fantastic with his customer service. Can't recommend highly enough. A little pricey for the advanced plan, but still a good value.
The team is very responsive and the system works well. They are actively making continuous improvements based on users requests and their own goals. Over all great customer support. We are seeing very good response to our sweepstakes campaign and plan to continue to use this app to build brand awareness and reach new customers. WE used one before and this is light years ahead!
The chat help is the best thing when youre learning the ins and outs of ViralSweep. They are always willing and able to course correct or help out!!

I used the app for a Black Friday Giveaway, on the starter plan. Very easy to build and include a landing page on my site. Loved that I could draw and publish the winner with ease. Great customer service when I had questions through support. Great APP. Would recommend.

We love this app. It has helped us run successful contests and sweepstakes. We also have used the contest feature in a slightly modified way to suit our specific needs, and there are so many features and functionality that we were able to make this work! Support has been EXTREMELY helpful. You know, on Shopify stores you use a lot of apps...but you really really value the ones where support is helpful, engaged, understands what you are asking, and works WITH you to find ingenious solutions. That always stands out and makes my day. I highly recommend Viralsweep for this reason.
Lightening fast customer service and top notch at that. This app has so many functions and features as well as some hidden ones that they are rolling out now that blow away all of their competition.
The documentation is clear and concise and you can make any kind of contest that you can dream up with this app.
For us we run a lot of contests to promote our designer swimwear and Women's fashion and it has been a fantastic tool to grow our audience and email lists.
