All I can say is I am very happy with Vitals: All-in-One Marketing especially "Visitor Replays" together with "Cookie Banner - Collect consent for Cookies", really help me to see if any problems on my website, then I can improve it for better customers' experience.
"Upsell", "Instant Search", "Recently Viewed" also fantastic. Support always fast to solve the problem. All other apps can be useful as well but I don't have time to try them yet, I will certainly do soon.
If their product reviews app has option for customers to ask questions, then it will be fantastic (I am using another app at moment).
For me, Vitals: All-in-One Marketing is really worth the price.

The app has a lot of functionality- it's already a year we use it and try different features- these are so many we still had not the time to try all of them. The additional value of this app is its assistance - Each time I have a doubt a real person assists us via their real-time chat. Fantastic customer service!

The vitals app provides everything you could need when Marketing your store. I recently used their 24/7 chat to ask a question regarding the product reviews section and spoke with Miriam G. She was so helpful and patient as I was understanding using the app and explained everything clearly. She checked over my .cvs file, provided me with the solution and waited on the chat until I had solved my problem.
