I really enjoy the App, the support team is very helpful. I had trouble saving the changes on my store, they helped me out to fix this.
Vitals is probably one of the few apps you really need. They were not joking around when saying it combines tens of app into one.
Needed help with the settings of the app for different parts on my store, got in touch with an agent, and all my problems were solved in about 2 minutes. So quick and understanding!
In addition to full functions, the most important point is after-sales service. Technical support is absolutely the first. I have been using Vitals since I established a shopify store in 2020, and I will also tell other friends that the service is really good and the efficiency is very high.
