Been using Vitals for a while now. It’s always been great! Until I spoke to Filip in customer support. Now it’s totally awesome and easily the best app and customer service I have on any of the stores. Awesome, thanks
Love the facts that it integrates lots of features into one compact app instead of having too many apps. Thank you so much and also looking forward to more valuable and useful integrations!!! We have used pop up s to collect emails to currency converters to product bundles to name a few. Some integrations recommended are options to add a note with the giftwrap ( with a few options) xx
We use this app for multiple purposes, and it runs fantastic. The UX is great, it's easy to use, doesn't interfere with anything else and best of all the support is first class. The team have helped us with bits and pieces and are so helpful and responsive. Must have!

I just wanted to congratulate the Vitals team for producing such an excellent and feature-rich app-endium of tremendous tools to make your site rock. Due to the tightly integrated single-code base, all apps are modular, so no wasted or repetative code. Vitals new "Replay" feature allows you to look over the shoulder of a previous session and view their exact activity... very handy if you're getting alot of abandoned carts and it's caused by a 404 or worse. I would urge every Shopify merchant to take a look and swap out your inneffective random apps and invest in Vitals. One other huge benefit is the amazing support, and I mean that seriously, as not only are they 24/7, but the only times I've had cause to contact them, was due to issues not related to Vitals... they managed to identify what the issue was and point me in the right direction. OMG. I hate myself for only knowing about this app just days after paying 1 year for McAfee Secure and other funny apps. This is arguably the best app on Shopify. There is no room for 10 stars uh
