I'd highly recommend this app for anyone starting an online store, basically allowed us to erase 5 other apps, this one does it all! Support is almost always instant and they customize anything you want in a heartbeat. Couldn't be more impressed!

I'm just getting started but there is undeniable value in this app, that is very truly an all-in-one app. Yes there are some apps that aren't perfect and that I've opted not to use, an example being their popup feature. There are super limited theme and customization options so this one was a no go for me. That surely not a deal breaker though because it lacks it makes up for in the expansive app library. I you were to purchase and install apps for each function offered by Vitals, you'd be downloading literally dozens of other single function apps and likely paying $100s. This is a super positive review Vitals. Don't screw it up!

Had some issues getting the sticky add to cart app to work, after trying my hardest to resolve it myself I gave in and finally reached out to support. Wish I did it sooner! Support had a very quick response and solved my issue within minutes!
They have been helping out with the Volume Discount , in case you start running cart abandonment email campaign, the volume discount couild hurt your conversion if you have other apps running with your shopify account! I wont get to detail because i got a business to launch , but it is worth your time and your business to watch their tutorials, so you can optimise the add ons and various apps , within Vitals. Key issue i discovered is you want to streamline your cart page and checkout process, so when you add Volume Discount in Vitals to run in your store, you have to turn off the Dynamic Shop Button as that takes your customers to the third party payment apps , and the Vitals -Volume Discount wont work, in the end , confusing customers at the checkout process who thought they were getting discounts get annoyed ,we dont want that. The support admitted this bump/ but did really got us to work around the problem! Thank you
