Vitals is amazing!! It has so many app features all in one that you really don't need many other Shopify apps to optimize your store. Their support is also great if you have questions and need help. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that the app doesn't work with Recharge, our subscription app, to upsell because it has a different checkout. If they could collaborate with the ReCharge software then that would be a home run!
All this is great! The customer service is very patient. He has been helping me with the problems and successfully solved them. I am very grateful to him.

This is only the second day I've installed VITALS. THIS IS AMAZING! Each app is so easy to enable and set up with a great user experience. I've deleted all other apps after I installed VITALS. Also, the support team is great, quick response, resolved my issues perfectly! Highly recommend.

Vitals is a great app that I do recommend. It is one of the few shopify apps that is worth the price ($30/month).
They offer many solutions, and have a great + responsive support team to help with any installation, design, or issues.
Apart from being an amazing, all inclusive app, the icing on the cake has to be the amazing support from the vitals support team. When issues arise, they handle the problem speedily and graciously. 10/10 would recommend!
I use this app to do multiple things like converting currencies, creating pop-ups and so on. And everything works out perfectly. The support team is also very responsive and helped me with any custom edits I need. Would recommend this app to anyone

Always good support. Lot of different possibilities only with one app! Gives more flexibility in time. We can change and test different strategies according to our market without changing app. Great!
