Zeus went over and above to help me with not just one query but several queries. Zeus was very prompt at responding and helped me resolved all my issues effectively. Although I am still evaluating Vitals, based on the initial customer service experience, I will most likely go with this App. It is so easy to use compared to a lot of other apps that I have tried so far. This app is simply fantastic. The thing I love the most is the ability to optimize the site (conversion, speed, functionality, user experience) with a few button clicks. The session recorder functionality allowed me to understand the user behavior on my site. In addition to the solid app, their support team gets an A+ from me. Great app, great team, great price: This app does what it promises to do and offers a whole suite of apps which are commonly used for ecom stores. You can literally run a store with just 1 app (which keeps your site fast), and our only wish is that we found them earlier. If you're running a lean team, the immense cost savings will make a HUGE difference. To top it all off, their support team is incredible. They go out of their way to provide the best service. Extremely impressed and pleased with these guys. Great app, great team, great price.
