This is a great app. The navigation is easy and there are an abundance of features one might want for their store, all in one place. You can easily finetune the look and feel of your store. A good price for so many features

I really enjoyed the app and the customer service on this app is very kind and helpful. Every time I had a technical issue they didn't fail to help me.

Not yet launch my store with this app yet but the support team is amazing. My support member is Reymond R.; he fixes all the problems so quick and professionally. Currently the app is very easy to use and install. I've installed 8 function in my store and all of them can be integrated with my brand's vibe quite easily.

I noticed that the 'Trusted Seals & Badges' were no longer appearing on my Product Page. As soon as I reached out to Customer Support, Zeus R. understood the issue immediately and guided me in the right direction of re-enabling the app correctly. Zeus R. was very quick, professional, kind, and wonderful to speak with. Den integrerar olika verktyg som produktrecensioner, valutorväxlare och upsells på ett enkelt och smidigt sätt. Anpassningsbarheten är fantastisk, så jag kan anpassa appen efter min butiks estetik. Upsell-funktionen har hjälpt mig att öka mina konverteringar och öka försäljningen genom rekommenderade produkter baserat på kundbeteende. Dessutom är deras kundsupport responsiv och hjälpsam. Sammantaget har Vitals förbättrat min butik på många sätt och jag rekommenderar den till alla e-handelsägare.

I used this app for currency converter. They do provide clear and accurate instructions through their video tutorials. However, since I am a newbie with shopify I needed help with the process of setting-up. It's my second time getting a hold of their customer support service and they have been very helpful and they reply within an hour or less.

Haven't even got the full use of this app yet as it was only one or two features I initally needed, but it's worth it just for those. Very good value and even more so once you start using more of the possible features. So far I've had one problem I needed help with and John at customer service got back to me straight away with helpful information. Looking forward to getting more out of this app!

New on the app but my first interaction was AMAZING customer service. I am extremely happy and look forward to exploring the app further.
