I just began my store and was in the process of loading multiple apps and configuring them when a mentor told me about Vitals. I researched it, was astonished, unloaded, and cancel all of my other apps. I told them why and proceeded to configure Vitals. That was a few days ago.
Today I signed into my Shopify account to find a warning from Vitals about a Drawer issue with my cart. Since I didn't know what it was referring to, I reached out to support. Costin responded quickly and helped me with the issue immediately.
I was glad I could get rid of the drawer because as I was designing my store I didn't like that feature even though I didn't know what it was. Thank you, Costin and Vitals!!

This app is amazing, it provides all of the essentials under one roof. Not only that, the customer service is the best we've ever experienced, we've been dealing with Costin who has been amazing, he has done everything in his power to make sure we get what we need.
Would recommend a 100 times over!
I'm pretty happy with it so far. There's things I like, things I don't like. I don't like the fact that I can't put a photo in the subscribe pop up. The generic ones are pretty ugly IMO. I don't like how when you create 2 different bundle spend upsells, the system goes to the lower one only and won't show both. I would like to see the first one give 10% off if our customers get to $150 and then once they hit that spend, another pop up should prompt them to get up to our 15% off bundle spend of $250. I also find the email service very expensive at $300/month. That's insane.

This app is amazing! and customer service is superb! Filip took the time and assist how the features work. when I felt frustrated and wanted to give up he gave great presentation and explanation how i show work the feature to get the results i needed. Great app and customer service! This is a great app for sure!
I used this app to help me track the visitors on what are the actions they did during their website visit. It would be nice if we could get the data or download the data. I also used other apps from time to time.
