App is great and is super simple to set up and use. I mainly use it to set up pricing charts that show price breaks at certain quantities. I've tested out a bunch of apps and this one was by far the best. I ran into a small issue when I updated to a purchased theme. Support was super helpful. Chirag is the man and fixed the issue within 24hrs.

Did you know they charge more if you grow? No added service. If you pay for plus - you get to pay 4 times as much for the same exact app. Look elsewhere!

A frustrating mess from start to finish. Features work only when they feel like it, and support could only shrug and confirm the app is “acting strangely” with no remedy in sight. Their solution is to not use hulk apps with express checkout - as they are not compatible. Strongly recommend avoiding Hulk apps.

So many bugs. Wasted hours trying to work them out. Support was so slow in responding and then although they tried, I frequently had to ask the same question multiple times. One of the most frustrating experiences I have had so far on shopify.
