I was very surprised with team flexibility and willingness to help. Guys adjusted some components for the need of our shop and were really helpful. The app itself is quite convenient to use and has all needed things for a SME business.

The application works correctly until you want to remove certain products from an offer.
You then find that the product names are truncated in the application and you can't identify them.
Technical support responds after 10 minutes, but has no solution.
Result: you have to go through 374 products, one by one, to identify those you want to eliminate from the offer... Incredibly, coded with feet!

I began using this app, and after setting it up, I found that only the quantity I entered receives a discount. For instance, if I set 1 pc at $1 and 6 pcs at $3, when it reach 7 pcs, it defaults to the single price instead. The development team is aware of the problem, but the resolution is taking a very long. Since this is meant to be a volume discount app, the discounts aren’t applying correctly. I recommend waiting for them to fix this issue or considering a different volume discount app.

We had some volume discounts that we weren’t needing anymore and they had been created with the app, we just couldn’t remove them ourselves. Somehow they had ended up being hard coded into our theme. We tried multiple ways to remove them ourselves without success… in steps Hulk App developer Mayank and fixes it all for us!! Mayank went above and beyond with helping us remove those and even updated our theme to remove other code that had been added. Super great service and the expertise was excellent, thank you sooo much!

La dégressivité se desactive régulièrement. Lorsque je fais appel au support la réponse tarde à venir, puis en réparant le probleme ils en créent d'autres.....voila des mois que l'application me pose probleme. Il est grand temps de la supprimer de mon site car c'est notre image qui en patit.

After I installed the Volumn Discounts app it was not displaying the correct discounts on the products page, called support and theye were able to advice me about a conflict between the offers.
