STAY AWAY FROM WATI. SCAM AND NOT SECURE - WILL DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS
WATI is the worst platform we’ve ever dealt with. We are a business based in Iraq, and their incompetence has caused us nothing but damage. Our account was hacked, and someone sent thousands of spam messages to Indonesia – a country we don’t even operate in! Our inbox is now full of garbage messages in a language we can’t read, and their system is so insecure that the hacker has been able to keep draining our credits, which we paid for.
As if that wasn’t enough, WATI’s negligence got our WhatsApp Business account suspended for violating WhatsApp’s terms of service. So now we’ve lost our money, our main communication channel, and countless hours trying to fix the chaos they created.
And where is WATI’s support team? Completely unresponsive. They’ve ignored every email we’ve sent. It’s like they don’t care at all that their shoddy platform has destroyed our operations.
Every single day that this issue isn’t resolved, our business takes another hit. WATI is not just unreliable – they’re a liability. Their platform is unsafe, their support is non-existent, and their impact on our business has been catastrophic.
Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from WATI. They don’t deserve a single penny from anyone.
Unfortunately cannot access the console at all - stuck on an error screen that says 'Setting up Shopify into WATI...'
What is most frustrating is how difficult it is to talk to a human to get help.

I was just testing your app within trial period and you have charged me 4.90 $ . Please issue my refund. And sorry to say i did not received support and felt this tool is expensive

Terrible customer service from the company. So difficult to speak to a customer service person who can actually help. Have charged me for 2 months for order card and abandoned cart confirmation. But not sent messages and restricted by access to dashboard.
Price is mentioned 5 USD but when you install, app diverts to site which shows monthly pricing 30 USD.
This is nothing less than fooling users.
have been using it since last 6 months ,pathetic response from the support team , i am unable to recharge my account since last 2 weeks have written tens of mail seeking support however didn't get it .Till the time it is running fine it is ok ,once you encounter any issue don't expect any support that's the summary

Very terrible. I've been trying to talk to you for over two weeks now about the problem they have with cart abandonment. Every customer who orders through me and buys it still sends them cart abandonment.
It turns out that a customer orders from me and receives a message that he abandoned the cart a few hours later and this creates confusion in the orders and a lot of anger on the part of my customers
And Abandoned Recovery Message is so terrible and I tried to complain to them about it and they still haven't fixed it and it's been like this for a long time
In short, terrible!!! Use a normal wati and order manual, this is the best and prevents problems
I'll update if they fix it, you won't see this review, but they haven't been able to fix it in a while

Please do not install this application, canceling the subscription will bring you problems and headaches, it's been 3 months since I tried to cancel, there is practically no cancellation option.

absurdo que una app destinada a brindar atencion al cliente, sea pesima para solicitar atencion al cliente, te ponen a hablar con un bot que no sirve para nada, la gente valora que se les de la atencion no estar en un ciclo infinito con un bot inutil
