I've used this app to create a locked wholesale store with location based wholesale pricing, pack multiples & payment terms and it is working so well! The support team are amazing - prompt and so helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance getting us set up.

When setting up Gorilla, if customers went to our shop (not using the quick order form), trade customers couldn't see the trade price until products were placed in their basket. Ann at Gorilla quickly changed this for us. Excellent customer service - thank you!

Easy to set up with great instructions. It took a little bit of time to understand all the differences between retail and wholesale and get into the logic of the app with the product tags.

Thus far this is a great wholesale app and you get a lot for the price! I've had 2 issues crop up and each time their customer support was responsive and helped get me back on track and operational with 2 days (a lot is due to I think time zone so that's understandable). So far, I'm very happy with their service!

Does everything we wanted our past wholesale apps to do. Thank you! Ran into an issue where requests for help weren't being responded to but it quickly got fixed after they realized our requests were being sent to their SPAM folder (see old comment below) -------- In the exact same boat as the previous comment. Love the app but we've submitted numerous requests for help recently that have not been answered. Sent them from several different email addresses. Please respond or we will have to move on. This has become extremely frustrating.

Awesome app, Does pretty much everything I needed to offer wholesale to my customers. Support is crazy fast, Thanks Clementine! Never had any issues except when another app changed my theme. Sent support an email and it was fixed within 15 minutes, and that was on a Sunday. I have tried a number of wholesale apps and this was by far the easiest to set up and use. Was up and running in under an hour.

My previous wholesaler app completely changed with a new update so I was in the market for a new app. I tried numerous whosaler apps but nothing was close to my original app which was great before the change. Then I gave Wholesale Gorilla a shot and the search was over! It was exactly what I was looking for and better then my previous app. The customer service (Matt) is absolutely amazing with responses and with any help you need. We have used this app for some time, though basic it does the job really well and the support team are excellent, always on hand to answer the questions we have, and replies are full of screen shots to help us out.
