This app provides a fantastic solution to a great number of obstacles we encountered with Shopify's regular order and customer export functions. The app has an impressive number of features and so far has been capable of providing everything our site has required.
Most importantly, their app support has been incredibly helpful, specifically Anne-Marie. They always respond to us quickly, politely and seem to have unlimited patience for our frequent questions and requests. Cannot thank them enough!
We highly recommend this app to anyone seeking more than Shopify's basic export system.

Adam has been extremely helpful and the speed at which he responds to requests has been remarkable (usually within minutes). Xporter is a fantastic application! We are transitioning our business to a third party fulfillment company that requires a lot of data in the form of .csv files, and Xporter is the perfect solution for this. The support is truly some of the best I have ever witnessed. Adam was able to guide me through the process of having custom meta fields group to our orders, which is exactly what we need to make this transition possible. It took some trial and error to extract the right data we needed, and he was there every step of the way, sometimes late at night (10-11PM) with lightning fast responses. I would recommend this app to anyone!

This app is really flexible and easy to use. If you're not a programmer maybe you could need some help, but the support team is totally amazing, fast and helpful.
Great tool for pulling data from Shopify. If you've ever felt limited by the exports that Shopify gives you by default this is the app for you.
We use a lot of Metafields across products, customers and orders. This tool enables us to export that information in a way that Shopify's own reporting doesn't.
More than that, we are able to set up send schedules to automatically generate files to take some of the manual legwork out of it.
The best thing about this app though is the customer service. Every time I've messed something up or had an issue that I can't fix myself I've been able to contact the developers and they always help, quickly and efficiently. really top tier support for merchants. Can't speak highly of them enough.
We have been using Xporter for three years and couldn't run our business without it. We primarly use it as our integration tool with our accounting system and have never had a problem with it. We can write data out to any format we need. Must have app with Shopify.
Adam just helped me use Xporter to solve an inventory reporting task that has caused me much grief every month, delayed my accounting team to get their stuff done and overall just was a TIME SUCK for me!
I don't know why I need to be constantly reminded that there are tools and people who know how to use those tools that can get things done 50x faster and better than me... And I'd like to think that I'm not all that dumb as I have a background in accounting and finance and know my way around Excel, proven wrong again!

I was stymied for months by the limited reporting and data export available through Shopify. Analyzing refunds, comparing time periods, trying to determine book revenue vs. cash receipts, state tax calcs, were all frustrating if not impossible with the limited tools and views provided.
I found xporter, and now I feel like I have an entire data team behind me. At first the level of detail was overwhelming on the self serve report writing, but the customer service in the first few weeks was astounding. They put the time in to help you define what you need, and then create draft reports very quickly until it is perfect for you. Not only will they create calculations that you would normally have to do yourself in excel (i.e., estimating SKU-level sales tax on a refund), but they’ll actually rearrange the order of the columns in the report if it helps you. They put the time in because they know once you get the exact, clean, understandable data that you really need, you will continuously be pulling their reports (which, btw, is absolutely right). I am pulling the reports they wrote for me 2-3x a week and I’m not bothering them much because they gave me everything I need. This is much more than an app.
I am planning on hitting them up again for another report, but at this point I’m not just desperately trying to understand the historical Shopify data…I now get to focus on how to improve my business. I am not sure how I would have done what I can do now without Xporter. A total gem if you are working with Shopify.
