Xporter has been extremely helpful in getting our reporting more accurate. We use Returnly for returns and exchanges so that adds another element to gift cards and the Xporter team has always been there to guide us through the report templates so we can better investigate our data. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone that wants to go further with data and/or reporting.
Wow- I've used most platforms prior to this and Xporter is one of those APPS that actually makes the platform (Shopify) a better choice over the competition- It is fantastic- great product- great support!

I heavily rely on Xporter to provide me with our sales and returns data in order for me to post & reconcile in our accounting system. I have these reports set to automatically generate and email to me every day, and when I noticed I didn't receive the sales order email I reached out to support via chat where they acted immediately and were able to fix the issue! Amazing customer support!!!

This app has been able to do everything we need it to do so far, and I don't see that changing at any time. The customer service has been second-to-none. Each time I've contacted them with questions about the application, they answer them quickly and also offer to help me set up the template to make sure it's done correctly. What more can you ask for? If you want an app to help you run customizable reports for your store, then there is no need to look further than this app.
This is by far the most useful tool we have in our store. Developers are extremely helpful when setting up and maintaining feeds. We're now able to import orders into our accounting system and export for bazaarvoice syndication.
