Yotpo Email Marketing & SMS

Great app, very easy to use after having issues on previous email marketing apps. We love that we are charged by what we actually send out, rather than a flat monthly fee, so that on slower months with less marketing, we are spending less. When we did run into a technical issue, Joann was very helpful and knowledgeable about what happened and made sure to escalate the issue to the appropriate team for resolution.

Customer support provided by Joann was so useful to solve my doubts about my SMS campaigns.
The app have years in the market and are one of the best solution in Shopify to manage and automate the marketing with sms and email.

Marnie and all support staff is super helpful, the live chat option is very convenient when needing some assistance. Yotpo marketing app is very user friendly and informative, and the pricing is great for small businesses. Definitely recommend this app for all start up stores!
