Great app their people are always chilling and nice they answer me right away I had no trouble contacting them I'm very happy with their app cause it helps me make extra money on the back end of the app
Terrible, don't even bother. Here's why:
1- Custom lists take 3 business days to get approved
2- They obligate you to add unsubscribe/opt-out even in countries where it is not mandatory - while they don't have an unsubscribe/cancel subscription for their own service on their website
3- Support takes forever to answer then closes the chat for inactivity seconds after

So far so good! Customer service is really helpful and was able to help me at 11pm so that's pretty great! Give it a try and see if its right.
I enjoyed setting up the app, it wasn't too complicated at all and am happy with the application. The support is also really good, with really fast replies and good info and knowledge. They're also really polite and kind and try to offer as much as possible, while not minding taking questions to help check and validate their information.
Best support. They respond so quickly I didn't imagine something like that. just try and you will thank me later

The app is great and the customer support is even better, I spoke to someone called Harry who went above and beyond helping me with my questions and was in general a great person. Had I known his last name I would of given him more credit but I can't I hope someone notices his good work and he is rewarded accordingly.
Very good customer support, some issues happen once in a while but the whole app works great since customer support are always ready to help.
Very high potential.. although testing the SMS to my phone didn't work. I did not receive it.. curious if my customers will get it..
