Poor customer Service.... App sent 3 texts in error and charged me 3 times t $90 a piece! They acted like it wasn't their fault......i wish i had a screen recording.... use another SMS app

EDIT: From what I understood, our support team has reached out, talked with you about the issues you had, and they were resolved. However, we did not receive a reply since then. Is there something else we can help you with?

EDIT 2: We've tried to reach the customer more than once to ensure everything is working as expected, however, we don't have a response as of July 2nd.

EDIT (17th AUG): We are still waiting for feedback from the merchant.

SMS Bump is an incredible tool when it comes to SMS marketing. Easy to operate and my store gets high conversion rates. I integrated SMSBump with my Justuno pop-up... the integration seemed to go smoothly as Justuno accepted it fine. I noticed immediately that I have an issue as I signed up to test my own pop-up and I haven't received the initial welcome flow. I checked SMSbump and my information is there so not sure why it's not starting the flow. I have spoken to 2 customer service reps & I haven't had the problem solved yet. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I'm starting to get a little frustrated as now I'm not getting responses to my to follow up emails. Hopefully this is a glitch and it all turns around.
