The app itself is difficult to use, not user friendly at all. I will be looking for a new app to use in the future. Customer service is always amazing, PL answered my questions immediately and knew exactly how to fix the problem I was having.

I used this app to help me market my business. I like how it allows me to send messages and easily customize them. It made the legal pages super easy to configure. Im going to have to do alot more reading to figure out how it can help me but other than that im completely happy.

I recently downloaded this app for my store and so far it has been pretty simple and clear on instructions to use and set up. I had a message that said my account needed validation so I emailed customer support and it was taken care of right away. So far it's great.
