It's a good app. and the customer service is excellent. Their live chat works 24/7 and the customer service agent "AJ T" helped me to solve all the problems and doubts I had. Recommend the app. 10/10.

It's so helpful for reducing abandoned checkouts at a massive rate. Also, there is chat support for 24 hours which is so rare for a Shopify app. SMS Bump is really the best app you can install on your store for sending automated messages

By the way, they even charge money for failed messages!
