I'm new to the app so as you can imagine.... I have tons of questions. I spoke with Joann C. regarding applying my "brand kit" to my emails, and Joann was very detailed, quick, and efficient on resolving my issue. Joann was patient and even verified requested changes by me before applying them. The Set Up is a little bit complicated and i was lost like Frodo, but after a few Videos i was ready to set up everything right.
