I love this App 100%. From a prompt response from the representative (Joann), my verification was done in less than 5 minutes to easy navigation and integration. I absolutely love the service, and the dashboards are also friendly to use.

Terrible!
The app stopped working more than a week ago and customer service no longer responds. We don't know what the problem is and how to fix it, but it is causing us a lot of problems and we are left alone in this situation!

When my previous App SMS Notifications (with Abandon Cart Recovery) Frauded and runs away with my money, shopify support told me to go with SMSBump, it was best decision, best thing about this app is, it can let you track ROI which is amazing. 5 Stars all the way :D

Overall, the experience was simple. Quin helped me through the process and had comforting customer service. The only issue was on my part where i was struggling to find the link to my privacy policy lol.
