There is a real issue with the app SMS delivery confirmation!! I created an automation for the canceled orders to be sent to the admin phone ! Nothing has been received until today and I’m being charged on every message ! I contacted their support they will simply say (just as always) “ we have a proof all of these messages have been delivered by your ISP!! “ and that is it !! No further follow up or even trying to solve the issue !!

I have been contacted by the customer service and they tried their best to sort out the problem with my ISP and the delivery of the SMS messages to the admin phone number. After so many trials they could sort out the problem. The app is good at what it does and seems to be growing. On the other hand some things are frustrating, it falsely reports revenue by changing whatever currency you sell in to dollars without currency conversion. Another issue is you can't pay as you go per sms if you want to do things like birthday messages via reconvert, it forces you into a monthly fee.
EDIT: It went downhill after getting acquired by Yotpo. Syncing is unreliable, support is poor & automations don't always work. Switched to Postcript!

I used this app for all my marketing and it does wonders. And any time i have any problems questions the customer service always handle all my issues promptly. Tonight Fhoel C was amazing and fixed my small issue in minutes
