Using the app now really cool. no ROI so far but 50% clickthrough rate. looks good. great SMS marketing app. superb support. only one suggestion. please enable smaller top-ups for beginners thank you

They scammed us with a flow that started wasting a lot of money when they convinced me to set my payment method in automatic. Don't trust them, because the amount that is spent on your account is not updated until days after. You can end up losing a lot of money with this app and their tricky support team.

Had an extremely helpful experience with their support staff (Melvin). Was able to clear up all of my questions and had me setup and ready to go right away.

Update - I just had to verify SMS and Melvin was an awesome rep. Helped me to verified. still have to wait a week or so.

I’m giving 5 stars because I know they are trying. However if you use the free version you will get texts from customers but you can’t read or reply to them unless you upgrade. That’s not acceptable on my end to leave customers hanging. It needs to be changed. Either remove that capability for the free version or limit the amount of customers. Other than that it seems to perform ok.

It's a great tool to engage with customers. I had problems with verifying the account and TFN, the customer service rep AJ did a wonderful job to finish the process.

From the time I opened the app, there was a chat waiting to assist me. No matter the tab I clicked on, Mike was there telling me about the feature. when I finally did have a question Mike was gone but P L wrote back in less then a min and answered my question with great knowledge. Im proud I got this app with my store. Customer service is everything for me
