We are using the YOTPO app and it works extremely well, then we linked the reviews to our Facebook account and the customer service was above and beyond, as well as extremely patient with this non techie person.
I had issue about merging reviews for same products.

It does as it claims. Could be more user friendly for non-techies BUT Support Staff is great. Josehine E. understood my lack of skills and patiently and skillfully resolved my issues. Also appreciate that it integrates so well with Social, SEO, etc. Best Reviews program I have found.
Helpful support, free tier is decent but pricing is punchy and customisation is minimal.
