I've been using Yotpo reviews for about a year and it's an excellent app. The UX and ease of use are great and the online chat support is live even on a bank holiday weekend (Allen was very helpful - thanks again!). I especially love the free plan for small businesses to get started

Ever the blonde I installed it wrong ! I emailed support and had it installed for me in a flash, I love this app and find it very useful, an email is automatically sent to your customer after purchase inviting them to review and when they do you are emailed to let you know ! a great feature is you can change the settings to alter colours etc, you can share your reviews on your facebook page easily too and the best thing its FREE ! Deserves everyone of those smiley faces.

App was simple to set up. When I needed help the livechat was great Junalou was very patient answered all my questions and helped me sort my reviews out. Very happy with the service so far . Thank you
