I am new to yotpo but will say their customer service is excellent. The chat box was quick. This is a big deal as a lot of apps do not have good support and I have wasted time and money of not so great apps.
Jenny B was a great help with getting changes organised that I requested to set-up. Efficient friendly service and I am most grateful. It would be fab if developers can add a reviews tab that is visible for mobile devices for future versions. Thanks again

The customer support team is amazing! I own a small business and use shopify as a platform, I would like to say this to fellow owners here, try their customer support! Edit: James helped me import my reviews and fixed the mistakes I made. I wouldn't pick another app to manage the reviews on my shop
I wasn't able to install the code on my site but thanks to Junalou who helped me nearly an hour to check all the codes and replace them with the correct ones. I can't describe how thankful I'm for his help. In terms of Yopto, it's a great tool. If you are running an e-commerce site, it's a must-have app. You can start with the free version and once you start making money you can switch to the paid one which comes with so many cool enablers.
