We upgraded to a paid plan recently and couldn't be happier. The technical support and customer service are excellent. We were having trouble with our theme and the star ratings view on the product page and Yotpo tech support fixed it for us in less than 2 business days. We had been using another review service and our response rate was less than half of Yotpo's, so we're now getting many more reviews.

I really love the customer service and chat help. It's convenient and the team is always available. I had trouble with my layout issue and Sheen was able to troubleshoot quickly using chat help. Ronel at customer service was awesome! Not only did he lead us to what we couldn’t find, he went above and beyond and actually went into the backend of our Shopify store and set up our reviews correctly….and all while we were still on the chat with him:

review request analaysis was helped out and to add my loggo . Radley and I got disrupted several times by bad connection but when I logged back into the chat the colleagues could easily reconnect me wto Radely which was very smooth
