I use this app since a year ago, and every time i needed support the Yotpo team helped me quickly. They are very kind and effective. Also, the app enabled my shop to have more social validation.
On some points it may be a bit more customer friendly but the after sales service is very responsive and helpful.
I haven't used the app fully yet, but the customer service is 5 stars! fast and efficient! I glad I found this app
