Great fast support from Nick S on a quick troubleshooting question for my Shopify. Was able to connect my reviews to the top of my product pages.
This app checked all my boxes and was extremely simple to set up. Customer service was fantastic; quick and detailed responses.
Arven was great in assisting to solve our reviews migration. Arven has gone a mile ahead and helped us in solving our issues.
Its a catch 22 with these guys the app works well for us and im sure it helps improve sales but it is bloody expensive. I think these guys could catch more fish if it was a little cheaper or there base option had more perks.
Be warned Yotpo some smart fella will come along and build a better app and charge less and you will lose your customers. Probably one or more of your employees are thinking that now!
Still gave 4 stars because it works and does build customer confidence as long as your not selling rubbish.

Fantastic support from the team. Donald U quickly helped us get to the bottom of the issues we were having with the reviews integration.
The app works fine, but the tiering model is terrible. If you upgrade from the free, it's just not affordable for a small business order. Additionally, their support staff is incompetent, nasty and very aggressive. They still call me once a week to upgrade, without even answering my support questions. Some of these support issues are weeks old lol. I still have a few inquiries out that have been completely ignored. I do not recommend this app!
So far we are very happy with Yotpo. They have excellent customer service and the app is very user friendly.
