New review:

After my previous review, I chatted with Yotpo. The features we would need as a small business are not there, however it's still a great service to get reviews and showcase them on the site. We use their review system to capture bunch of reviews from customers and the automation is seamless. Additionally, their reviews show up on google which helps cater to awareness.

Once our business does grow to be a medium, large, or enterprise I will definitely switch over to their annual plan.

While this is an amazing app and convenient way to do reviews. Yotpo caters mostly to their annual customer and most of the important features are on the annual plan. Unfortunately, there is no way to get up to the annual plan until your store has above 250 orders a month....

Our team highly values (and appreciates) your feedback; please know it is a massive part of how we evolve and continue to improve our product and services. I absolutely hear and sympathize with your frustration about not being able to have access to some of those features.

I spoke with our team members you worked with and the reason that they weren't able to offer this plan to Girl with Curves was because - with under 250 orders, it becomes extremely difficult for our customers to see the value of that plan and its features- therefore, making it a poor (and costly) experience for the customer and often having a poor impact on our relationship with them. I know you've heard it from our team before, but please know it's an informed policy based on much feedback and a trend of missed opportunities we've seen.

Our goal isn't to oversell upfront, but rather to meet our customers where they are & to grow with them, no matter the stage or scale they're at. If there's anything further that we can do, please feel free to reach back out to Alana or our support team.

Love this app and I did struggle to manually install, thankfully the live chat with Eleen, super helpful and installed it for me. I can say it looks very professional in the 'Home' and do your settings, colours etc. If you're stuck just check out the tutorial/help. Super-friendly Yotpo people who are there to help you and I'm starting a new business and I look forward to growing with them and they help me grow too.
Again, I contacted the live chat with Danreb....very cheerful person and helped point out to where I could copy/paste the code. Love these Yotpo people!

Yotpo has been an absolute game changer for my eCommerce business. The app is easy to install and is simple to use. Yotpo takes the stress and work out of collecting "verified buyer" reviews for your eCommerce. What's most important is to the team at Yotpo, it doesn't matter if you are just starting out and using their free plan or a big shot, they will always treat you like royalty. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Sheen. I was confused as to where I needed to place the code so that the star widget for average star ratings showed up under the product title on each product page. Instead of just instructing me where the code should be placed, Sheen without hesitation installed the code for me. I am extremely grateful for that because now potential customers who visit a product's page will see what that product is rated right away and not have to hope they scroll to where the reviews are (at the bottom of the page - which is where they should be - but sometimes visitors don't even bother). In the day-and-age where reviews are practically everything in convincing a visitor to purchase, Yotpo is the must have app for your eCommerce site. Thank you Yotpo and Sheen!

I found (after a lot of research in review/loyalty/sms combo) that going for YOTPO´s next best plan packs a lot of punch for the price compared to other premium alternatives if looked at as a whole. I do not, however like the yearly premium plan pricing option, hence 1 star removed. Yotpo also really shines with having integrations to almost anything . Which often becomes a bottle neck with other good alternatives. Last - the customer service team is unmatched. 24/7 support by really competent staff.

I reached out to migrate existing review from old website platform, to the new website. Sheen on the support team was easy to work with, very competent and very fast to complete. I highly recommend.
