I had some issues with adding the widget on my website but I had some help from the staff (Doner P) and it worked perfectly fine after that. Great app!

Still setting it all up, mainly commenting on the customer service. Been on the chat with them a couple times while setting up, they're quick to answer with helpful information. Wish more companies were like that.

When I finally got hold of someone the service was very efficient and helpful. I would say though that I had tried to get someone to call me a number of times but no one did!

I gave 4 stars because I have just installed and don't know how it works yet. But The customer service was awesome. Lemuel was very quick to help me install the app to my site. i am very grateful for the chat feature.!! Hopefully I can upgrade to the better plan sooner than later!! i think this will work out

Unfortunately not usable in German, due to really bad translations and no opportunity to change that.

This is the first time we have had reviews on our site, having looked at all the feedback from previous users we went with Yotpo, it was the right decision, it's easy to use and the support is great. We had a few technical issues, and Paul helped us straight away to get everything looking the way we wanted. Great job Yotpo!
