Easily to install and online support was great. I needed help setting up the carousal on the home page which they did very quickly.

I simply have made it to a place in this business journey where I have decided it would improve a customers and a potential customers experience if I added a review section on my website. Sheen at Yotpo helped me get it done in a professional and timely manner. I still have a few questions, that I thought of as I’m typing in this review. Anyway, I highly recommend this app.

I suck at Liquid code or Html lol. So this was my fifth time contacting the Yotpo support chat and they are always super fast on helping me with my customizations and troubleshooting. Thank you Ronel R for the great support

We're switching from Okendo to Yotpo for our site and are starting with the Growth plan. It's got great features though the best ones like advanced CSS and Klaviyo Integration. My only critique is the lack of customization of the default emails customers get for asking for a review, confirming their email, and etc if you are just on the first paid plan.

It's five stars because I've received great customer support from Ronel R. a few times, but also Warly S. and John G. who were helpful, professional, and super friendly! This is a great app so far.

I had an issue on Yopto Reviews app and contacted the Live Chat Support. Simoun Francis helped me to solve my issue. Thanks to him my issue is now solved (need to wait few hours to check it but I'm confident).
I refresh my review some days after writing it : finaly the issue was not solved and the support is not capable of solving it (there was supposed to keep me in touch by mail, I didn(t receive any mail yest after 2 days). Unfortunately, I tried another Reviews App that worked fine without any issue. I decided not to use Yopto.

So i sent these people a message telling them that their app cause my checkout to stop working and this is their response

And after they remove the code from my site the checkout was working fine again and this is the message i got after they remove the code.

Hi there, Thank you for patiently waiting.

I have remove all codes of Yotpo to your site. I have also disable Yotpo email notifications on your Yotpo Admin.

As you can see they don't even care that their app cause my checkout to stop working and make me lost money and not once did they asking to see what they can do to fix it to prevent other from having the same problem but they have the nerve to to ask me about installing the app again.
