The customer service is awesome. When i had an issue, a representative did more than what I asked for. Gave me the article to look over and on top of that check the issue herself and sent me images to clearly show what I was looking for and even followed up with detailed paragraphs over the topic. It’s effectively efficient for suppliers needs of delivery to customers and the live coaching and learning academy is worth the upgrade. I have seen a difference in customer sessions just have to get those sales but I know it’s coming one day then consistency will be in order with monthly revenue of E-commerce.
