love this app. definitely doesn't disappoint. very easy to use especially if you're just starting out and are new.
Good App with a lot of resources there are a few things they could do better but all in all great service and would recommend to anyone wanting to do dropshipping through shopify. They make in easy.
Poort Support. I had billing questions and their support was no where to be found. They are charging amounts that i dont see it in billing section of their platform. Completely useless platform.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews for apps but I had to in this case. I was satisfied with this app at first, and received a sample order from them which I was happy with. I then began marketing my store and getting sales, then came back to the app to start fulfillment shortly after and they jacked up the price of the same item I got a sample for by 4x the price for no reason. I didn't receive any help after talking to support and was just dismissed. Would not recommend this app, use another one instead.

The pricing was then updated but wasn't properly explained in the process. I actually already emailed you about this but I haven't received a response yet. I just started using the Zendrop app, and after watching the tutorial and reading all instructions realized that is a great app, easy to use and essential for your all dropshipping process.
Clean interface, excellent customer support. Would definitely recommend this over competitors. Would recommend this app based on customer support alone. They're very flexible and prioritize their clients over short-term profit.

Learning how to use still but so far very user friendly and I am hoping to create a nice business with zendrops help. I would like to see a little longer trial then 7 days so I have more time to get things up and running and get some money coming in but that is my opinion.
