ZENDROP is a lifesaver to beginning entrepreneur like myself. I have not made any sales yet, but ZENDROP is very easy and simple to understand for a beginner like myself.

I truly enjoyed the workshop on Thursday at noon. It was live, it was real, and the host did a superb job and took a great sincere interest in his presentation. With people like that, ZENDROP will gain many future customers with its ease-of-use and sincere people who run it.

The customer service is awesome. When i had an issue, a representative did more than what I asked for. Gave me the article to look over and on top of that check the issue herself and sent me images to clearly show what I was looking for and even followed up with detailed paragraphs over the topic. Shout out Jobelle!

I've been using Zendrop for about two months and I had a technical issue regarding the different email addresses I was using for my two Shopify stores and two different Zendrop accounts. Joanna from Zendrop quickly resolved my issue and was genuinely concerned about finding the best possible solution for me, which she did. Zendrop is AWESOME! Choosing Zendrop was my best decision so far.

Response Time for Help Desk - I had a question and the Zendrop help desk was there to answer my question in less than 2 min. In the days of bots and less live agents I was pretty impressed with the response time and answer that I received. I'm still working on dropshipping some products after the holiday so will see how long it takes for the products to arrive and will update this should the timeframe take longer than expected.

I would say giving Zendrop a chance to your business with ecom. They have a supportive service and a lot of products ready to import or source at a cheaper cost of goods.

I have not had any issues with Zendrop and their platform makes it easy to find products, add products to your store, do product research, complete orders and a bunch more. You won't regret getting this app for drop shipping and if for some reason you do, they have AI Bots and a 24/7 support team right there to assist you.

Not really getting super much right now from Zendrop. It's alright though- I can still leave a review: whenever I use their chat, between the Bot and the live agents, I always get the best quality service.

Zendrop has a nice looking and easy to use application. Works well and their customer support is rather good as well. No faults so far. We just wish there was a more extensive catalogue of products (especially with custom/personalised goods). Branding feature is only available who are willing to spend big bucks, and that's not us I'm afraid.
