Good app and excellent customer support!

We've been using Zigpoll for half a year or so and the app is excellent. The surveys are simple, yet customisable to suit many different needs. The results are great, and clearly are engaging customers as intended. The config can be a little tricky at times, but the support team are responsive and know their product really well. We're very happy to continue using the app.

I wanted to start running surveys to better understand our customers and use the valuable data in marketing and new product development. It took me some time to pull the trigger to choose an app and implement the surveys. I did a lot of research, looked at several apps and methods and gathered the questions I wanted to ask. I finally decided on ZigPoll, as you know if you are a founder wearing all the hats, constantly having to learn new software is a chore! ZigPoll made it easy for me, main reason is they are VERY responsive and were right there to answer my questions to keep me moving along! I have 3 Surveys going for the past 4 weeks and they have been an INCREDIBLE tool to see what people are thinking! ZigPoll is a GREAT survey partner. I have two post purchase surveys running, one for New Customers and one for Repeat Customers. And a survey that is more in dept to my VIP customers to learn more about them. I highly recommend ZigPoll... Integrates great with Klaviyo and Shopify!

Great app! Highly recommend! We get great feedback and it helps us find out how they got to our website when the analytics don't quite catch it. Has been a key metric of ours. We actually use this on both of our brands websites (fineusatrading.com and cranewellness.co) and it has been perfect. Easy to use. Great customer service. It's a no brainer for any e-commerce CPG brand!

Been using the app for a couple of months now and loving it! It is helping me better understand the type of customer I have. I have been using it to determine the typical customer for my business but what this app has shown me is that I have different customers for different products. So now for my advertising, I am targeting specific audiences with specific products because Zigpoll has shown me that's what that type of customer is buying.

I've been using this for about 2 months. It was easy to set up and I'm using this for post-purchase feedback and collecting newsletter signups. Great that it has controls for limiting the number of times a user sees the same survey, and lots of other settings that let me limit the intrusiveness for our customer. Had a question about the mailchimp integration and got an answer right away. Very satisfied so far!
