what an incredible app, a super powerful data collector. neat and simple UI and easy to use / create a survey. one of the easiest ways to ask direct questions to real time website visitors. great for NPD / feedback. I never write app reviews, but the customer support was scarily fast and extremely helpful.

This app had all the functionalities that I needed for the survey I wanted on my Shopify store. It took me a little time to figure out how to embed the survey on a specifc product page as I'm new to Shopify but had very prompt and great customer service support from Zigpoll which got that sorted out really quickly. Highly recommend.

I just started using the app and I must say they have excellent customer service - fast and attentive - and their surveys have so many different settings that make everything possible. I also consider quite a good price for all you get. So far, I recommend it!
