Active Campaign has been a GAME CHANGER for my business. I was using MailChimp and when I got more subscribers than was allowed on the free account, I started researching. 6 months later with lots of legwork and trial and error, I decided that Active Campaign was the best. I was right! It works seamless with my Shopify store and I can track everything. Love it.
Active Campaign works seamlessly with my Shopify store. I don't even have to think about it running, which is a HUGE plus for me. And it was super easy to set up. I definitely lean towards apps and integrations that save me time and stress and Active Campaign accomplishes that for me!

Why so we love Active Campaign? They really listen to their customers. The app is very powerful but they do not sit on their laurels. We are so pleased, not only with the many features but also with how flexible and simple it is to use all the tools. Their customer service is out of sight. I had been told through a business training that Active Campaign was the best out there now. They don't disappoint! The support alone is worth the money, but the whole platform is very user friendly!
The ActiveCampaign app integration with our Shopify store is awesome. The app has reduced the work involved in keeping our clients synched with our email list and has allowed sophisticate automations that have helped us increase our store sales. We LOVE ActiveCampaign and their Shopify App!
ActiveCampaign made the transition from Mailchimp a breeze. Our brand was leaving 2 services behind that served different purposes to use only ActiveCampaign. Our account reps have been great at answering all of our questions. My biggest area of improvement would be to add in more contemporary templates and make the drag and drop feature when building out campaigns a little less clunky. However, I will say that our deliverability rate has improved exponentially so, if my only complaint is a minor aesthetic one - I'll take it! :) Thank you for all of the assistance.
