Great customer service and super easy to use! So thankful for this service as a small business owner.

We used ADscale for a few days, and while we encountered some initial issues, we were quickly and efficiently assisted (thanks to Nicole!). The program is user-friendly, with useful features like targeting people who’ve purchased recently, allowing you to re-engage them and drive repeat purchases.

The system worked well, and we were impressed with its capabilities. However, for us, the cost was too high. Since we have a high ad spend, this translated into significant monthly fees. On top of that, email and SMS campaigns are not included in the regular subscription and require additional payments.

This was the primary reason we decided to stop using ADscale for now. That said, if our business grows and we have more resources to invest, we would definitely consider coming back and using the platform more comprehensively!

10/10. They really know their stuff. Sales have gone up by using Adscale. They achieved the target ROAS and then surpassed it. Very easy t work with. Constant communication and weekly meetings. Great choice.
