I have used a few of the larger preorder apps on my store before and after many issues of the app breaking down I decided to swap to Advanced PreOrder and I cannot be happier with my decision. The support team in prompt and actually reads my email and addresses the issues going above and beyond to help! Their app is extremely well built and easy to use as well HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

The app does exactly what it is supposed to do. The support of the team was the best I have experienced so far while being in the shopify ecosystem. They reply even at weekends and work on stuff until it works. Thanks guys!!!

It really useful if don't always have products available and don't want your costumers to pay full price but at the same garante that they will buy as soon as they arrive. There a few things that can be improved but I'm sure overtime will get there. Support is great, very helpful and quick to resolve issues.

Very easy to use. Merchant is able to customize button color/font/size, choose which products can be pre-ordered with a toggle on/off, can set the timeframe for the pre-order, customize message shown at checkout under product. Great app, and Vikas is super for replying fast and providing a custom solution.

I encountered a tech problem recently and the person who was in charge of my case, Kawaljeet, was really helpful and responded to me nicely and promptly. It's a useful Pre-order app and accommodates the need sufficiently. Try this app and you won't regret it.

After a month I found another bug with this app regarding mixed orders. When the buyers purchase pre-order products and in-stocks together, the app can only split the payment on the first product that is put in the cart. The app does not give me an option to correct the balance amount, so it becomes a big problem to me. Keeping collecting wrong balance amount makes more of my workload because I have to communicate with buyers back and forth. Worse than that, it makes my store unprofessional.
No one in this team help fix the bug, but on the contrary, keeps telling me everything is fine with their demo store and they never notice this from other users. So I will have to look for another app and do the migration, which is painful. The app provides many useful functions as usual, but there are glitches and bugs always happen sometime and somewhere. I am just tired of it.

By far the best customer service out there!!! The app works great and is easy to set up. Had to contact support and the response time was amazingly less than 1 hour! They were very helpful and fix the issue quickly. Highly recommend!
