Saransh is truly a very professional and patient individual, an excellent English customer service expert! He answered all my questions...

But the Chinese customer service in their company is absolutely terrible. There's a person named Jason Zhu, extremely arrogant and irrational. He's the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered.

I think i need to give mr. Saransh a hundreds of stars, he assists me well and he is kind and patient, he truly understands that i am just starting he is so polite and understanding and guiding me to all set up of my online store because i really need the( tracker) so now its al set up as good , thankyou so much!
