Seems to work well. Aftership website could do with a bit more functionality to allow admin tasks. Had the problem that after importing 200 tracking details it then asked us as part of the setup to create email alerts, when you do this it then says you need to upgrade to the premium service. That is fair enough but it then doesn't send the email alerts out to customers as you had imported the tracking details before upgrading. A bit stupid and no way to resend alerts. To make matters worse there is then no bulk way to delete tracking numbers, so that you can reimport them and the system will send out email alerts to customers. In the end we had to delete each one manually which took about 1hr. A hassle and waste of time but now seems to be working well.
Good app, helps me a lot. It has enhance my online shop by a big margin, and by far their service and quality is very good.
This app is great and the staff is helpful, they answer all questions immidiatly.
I recommend the app to deal with tracking information to customers and save chargebacks or emails from customers asking for where the order is?

My answered very fast as well, which is what you need when dealing with online store. That made me feel like in future I can trust timely help if it arises. (hopefully not though) The app itself was easier to set-up than I thought. - so no complaints. It works great with my theme. Thanks for the great support! This is just what I needed for my store,

I'm not even sure what this plugin does beyond the basic capabilities for Shopify. $200 /month so customers can have a streamlined tracking page? no thanks
