Great Application. A must install for any business trying to offer the full customer service experience.

Integration with Shopify and couriers have done a world of good for our tracking of our shipments. Can't imagine tracking getting any better than this. Awesome app.

So far good, the process of integrating it in the checkout is a bit unclear but over all its a good app.

Excellent app! We use it because it works to communicate to our customers. They appreciate the communication and shipping status updates. It is very cost effective.

Really cool and clean look. You can create a "track your order" page with this app as well. I really like the features and extra bonuses.

Also, this app is free! I recommend this app, if you would like to keep track of packages internally as well as have a "track your order" page.

They also have extras which you can pay for down the line if you end up needing them. Great App!

We just installed this app, but it looks like it will work well with our Shopify store and ebay store. The app installed easily without any hiccups and it pulls in data from the respective stores. Currently, we are on the Free version, but I can see benefits of using the premium version. It's a great low-key way to get emails in front of your customers to keep your brand fresh. I would recommend it to others.
