After trying other the tracking apps in the Shopify app store, (Tracktor/ Trackr) AfterShip is the best in terms of versatility and customization. Now I can easily see where all my packages are on a single screen and I especially love the auto e-mail notifications to customer. This app is a must have especially if you have a international presence.

Good overall. There is however PTT Turkey that they can't seem to track although it's on their list. I've had a talk with customer service 3-4 times about this. They're generally attentive but in this case, all I get is a few exchanges and then complete silence. So, the reported bug never gets solved. On other occasions, customer service was good. Still, Aftership is the only option that we've found to properly track all carriers involved in international shipments.

Really happy with this app, quick and friendly support and an easy to navigate interface. It's let us create a uniquely branded courier updates page, plus lets us track which shipments are running late.

This app works amazing and is integrated with so many carriers! I also just had a concern and contacted customer support about it. They were super friendly, patient and helpful! Walked me through and helped me fix things up quickly!

Very good order tracking application. Overall satisfied and very responsive customer service. The only flaw is that to remove the aftership links at the bottom of the page, you have to subscribe to the premium plan.
