Great app for dropshipping via AliExpress on Tiktok. Had a few issues setting things up but Scarlet was a great help and the whole process went smoothly with my first orders. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

To be honest I wasn't sure about this app. I had tried a few apps before and couldn't get the sourcing and fulfillment correct. I will say this app seems to work so far. I believe I will be staying with them. Mainly because of the support I received from their customer service agent (Pauline). It is not often that you come across customer service reps who go above and beyond to help you. When I come across exceptional customer service I stay there. The fact that I am writing a review should speak for itself. This is probably the 4th review I have ever written in my life and I'm 36. It takes alot for me to actually want to write a review. I would like to say thank you again Pauline.
Rocy was a great help in getting my product pushed to my store. I was having issues and they stepped right in and helped. It was quick and effortless. Rocy is great rep and quick to solve issues.
As of now I had a great customer support from one of their customer care representative "Vivian". Looking forward to working with their starter monthly package.
