Discounts, BOGO & Gifts ‑ AIOD

This is an excellent application.
We had to make some changes to get exaclty what we want and support was excellent. Chirag solved any problems we had and replied to all of our requests. Definatelly recomended.
And because people are more important than any application, we have to say that Chirag is one the best to work with! Excellent shopify knowledge, polite, very fast and patient. Simply amazing!

I had an issue with the address auto-fill feature in the checkout, and they fixed it within minutes. Their skill and efficiency are truly impressive. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable support and a smooth setup experience.

While this app may not be perfect, these guys are the most helpful and timely group I think I've ever worked with! They're so quick and will keep working at it until they fix whatever isn't working. And let's be honest, it's normally just user error... I highly recommend.

Exceptional app with great customer service. Team is very responsive and understands requirement very well. They help you do custom offers that are not available in features of the app with custom coding. Great app to boost your e-commerce store!

Update: We're still using this app because of the flexibility of creating different kinds of discounts and their superior support. Swati was extremely helpful with getting our automatic discounts working and explained how to set it up in the future.

Great discount app with so many features -- in particular, BOGO and Bulk discount applied on POS! Definitely a game-changer.

I had an issue with the discounts not applying on the POS, but I jumped on their Live Chat and Chirag chatted with me right away. He helped troubleshoot the automatic discounts plus the custom coupon I created, and within a few minutes, we got both working on POS.

10/10. I had a minor server error that made me unable to do changes on the discounts myself. But the customer support was very helpful and assisted me with everything.

We wanted to be able to offer tiered discounts to customers (e.g. 15% off one product & 20% off a different product) and the AIOD app allows us to do that. It essentially adds a discount field to the Cart (not the checkout). There are some minor things we wish were different (e.g. customers unable to use the code at checkout, only in the cart, and draft orders are created each time someone uses the discount field). Shockingly, Shopify doesn't have it built into their own discounts solution so you will need an app for tiered discounts, and overall we're happy with AIOD's solution.
