He was so helpful, and I am so pleased with the support I received. Great customer support service and good communication. Would recommend this app.
This app, along with their app associated with Etsy, has been extremely helpful. I have been most impressed with their customer service. As most of you know, Amazon is not very user friendly when uploading products. Ced Commerce helped me with several issues in a very timely manner.
Nupur and everyone on the team that has helped me has been incredible. I highlyI must say that Nupur along with the CedCommerce team has been amazing in providing assistance to me. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for help.
I ran into some issues which was due to my ignorance and not only did they fix my issues, they offered to get with me in a video meeting and they literally gave me a one-on-one tutorial and explained everything directly! No other tech services that I know of would ever do that! They really take of you! Great customer service!
They will continue to charge you after you uninstall the app. You have to jump through extra hoops when you disconnect and uninstall this app. They also have a strange way of billing overages and if you go 1 order over, they don't bill you the overage, they stop fulfilling orders.
I would recommend this app to people who have a lot of products that they would like to sell on different platforms. I have learnt a lot by using this app and the support is phenomenal.
