They took the customers money and never shipped the products. It's been 18 days and they don't acknowledge their mistakes.
Mareeya if its her real name is answering every 2 days with lots of excuses without even having shipped the order yet today.
There is no possible way to raise a complaint.
DON'T USE THEY they are a scam
Even shopify is now warning that the app has issues. It's not legit

I have been working with AOP + and have developed an excellent working relationship with the owner and his team. My company owns multiple e-commerce businesses, all high volume and have worked with most of the POD's listed in Shopify Top 10 but no one compares to this company in terms of their caring about the product, quality, service, etc. The updated AOP+ app is a vast improvement over the last app this company used and they are always open to suggestions to make it better. I love the Facebook group which they offer which is very active with helpful users. The owner Uygar has created a community amongst competitors and this is not easy to do! I'm very satisfied with app and highly recommend it to other. Thank you Uygar!

I just discovered that this app does not automatically transfer a payment made by my shopify store paypal button. The funds sat in my business paypal account, ergo, my order did not go through. Luckily, it was my own order, which I always place before I go live. I cannot use an app that will not accept automatic transfers between payment methods and their business. Too bad, because I think I'd like their facemasks.
I'd give them 0 stars but...

We have updated our APP now, our users have the option to pay the invoice by auto-debit to the card they save on our APP or manually, but automatic transfer from your store payment to ours is not possible, which mostly same goes to other POD APP. We are using this app more and more as we can design and set up several products at once. Our store is huge and with the way we do business we need to be able to get a lot of products listed for our customers quickly. Our customers also love the products. www.LetsPrintBig.com

The quality was great and consistent and the delivery was prompt. Their variety is strong. The app is simple to use but not immediately intuitive as I expected it to be more complicated.

Wanted to use as found product options interesting. But... No response to multiple emails. Tells me how little support I will get in future. Can't find tracking info in app. No reply to inquires about that. Sample arrived very poorly printed with stains on it... Sadly removed app. I just don't have time for these kinds of issues. Do better!

This is by far the WORST pod company I have dealt with. I figured since they claim to operate and manufacture in London it would be different. I was right but it was worse. Communication take 24-48 hours to reply and often requests the same as the last person. They say 7-10 for production and 4-5 days for shipping to arrive. My customers are waiting for items they paid for a month later. Whats worse is they produce a tracking number weeks prior to shipping the shows as preshippment in California. The customers check every day and see the same thing. Now I am getting terrible reviews from long time customers. Their response is once we produce the shipping information it is out of our hands. Absolutely stay away. Gooten or Printify are light years ahead of AOP+
